If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund. No-show Policy :If you do not show up at the meeting point on time, the tour will be considered canceled with no refund. Rescheduling : Up to 48 hours before tour - you may reschedule your tour free of charge if you notify at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the tour start time will incur a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for the desired new date or time. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: If we must cancel the tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional fees. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
